August 6, 2022 – Irina Papancheva presented ‘Brussels Naked’ at the annual summer Book Fair in Varna in conversation with her publisher Rumyana Emanuilidu (publishing house ‘Znatsi’) on August 5th, 2022.
The Palestinian-Bulgarian author Khairi Hamdan and her wife Elena also talked about the book.
‘Irina gives life to Brussels in her book with the intertwined destinies of her characters. All of them have their place and are central to the book not just the main character Iris. Irina has done this masterfully. Everybody could find something for themselves, something that relates to their life in the book,’ Khairi Hamdan said.
Other people from the audience took the floor as well for questions and comments.
After the presentation, Irina Papancheva signed books at the stand of ‘Znatci’ publishing house.
